The AccorHotels Arena has numerous accesses for individuals with reduced mobility or suffering from a disability.
You can find a list at the onsite services, reduced mobility/disabilities section.
If you have another disability or have a disability card, we advise against buying pit tickets for concerts.
You can come to the AccorHotels Arena with a ticket bearing a different name from yours. It wll be necessary to present the buyer’s identity card or a photocopy of it.
The m-tickets are accepted at AccorHotels Arena, it's a specific format you can select at the order.
The e-tickets have to printed because they are not suitable for smartphone devices.
To sum up, to access the Arena, please come with :
- a printed thermal ticket, bought in a store or by delivery at home
- E-tickets must be printed on A4 blank paper
- M-tickets must be imported on your mobile device
