Event Day building and guest safety and security protocol :
1/ Three access points to the building shall be used:
- two for general public (the first at the corner of Boulevard de Bercy and Rue de Bercy for guests with tickets in the stands; and the second at the Pit or sitting Pit for guests with floor tickets);
- and one for “VIP” customers accessing the arena’s suites and/or Premium areas (at 12 boulevard de Bercy);
The three secured points of access for the general public permit the creation of a "Neutral Zone" corresponding largely to the demise granted to the arena in the concession. This Neutral Zone therefore closes the concession demise to the general public.

3/ Canine patrols and handlers shall permanently patrol the approach to the arena demise and the Neutral Zone ;
4/ Any person wishing to access the Arena by either of the three public accesses hereby agrees to a body search by Arena security personnel at the entrance to the Neutral Zone (in the case that such agreement is withheld, access to the Arena shall be denied) ;
5/ A second safety check may be carried out at the Arena doors inside the Neutral Zone, before pemitting access to the Arena itself, namely the GRAND HALL entrance, FOSSE & ORCHESTRE and the VIP Entrance LOGES & SALONS, provided that anyone wishing to access the Arena must be in possession of a valid ticket for the event ;
6/ Access to the Arena with a backpack or other bag with a capacity greater than ten litres is prohibited ;
7/ The Arena shall be inspected before the doors are opened to the public by canine patrols trained to identify suspicious objects ;
8/ The premises of the Arena shall be monitored by a network of external and internal CCTV cameras, which shall be operated by a specialized team of DUS agents; images from these cameras shall be kept for thirty days.
