In October 2015, after 18 months of work, the Palais Omnisports Paris Bercy is replaced by the AccorHotels Arena, a modern enclosure, more welcoming and open onto the city. Confirming its place in the top 5 global arenas, with more than 30 million spectators in over thirty years the AccorHotels Arena will become a real living space, offering a multitude of innovative services which will create a new experience for the benefit of the viewer.
Larger, with the possibility to go from 17 000 to 20 300 people in its largest configuration, the new Arena AccorHotels confirmed its seat in the Top 5 global venues. This metamorphosis is the sign of a new era where she now rivals the largest indoor facilities in the world: the Madison Square Garden in New York (the only other venue in the center of a city), the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the O2 Arena in London and the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin. A new Arena will contribute to the international influence of Paris as well as attracting artists and bigger audiences.
With over 130 programmed events each season, the AccorHotels Arena resolutely asserts as a stage for international tours and major sporting events.
